As you know, Ajax Building Corporation contracted with The Valentines LLC for the first time to perform services on the Hough Hall Graduate Studies Building project at the University of Florida. The scopes included both stainless steel and glass railing products.

The products that were fabricated are high quality and the installation was completed in a very professional manner.

The Valentine's were hired to work on a warranty issue replacing over 1600 pieces of impact glass throughout the entire building during "season". Their approach has been very professional and collaborative. They willingly listened to engineers' suggestions for improved efficiency that allowed the window replacement project to progress smoothly and be completed substantially ahead of schedule. Their crews paid attention to every detail and were very friendly to all residents with whom they came in contact.

I'd like to take a moment and express my sincere appreciation toward The Valentines.
I have been a licensed Community Association Manager since 1991. I have over the years, had relentless hours and involvement in joining the bridge between Associations and General Contractors and/ or Sub-Contractors.
When the Cape Marco Property Owners Association, Inc. Board of Directors approved the installation of a custom fabricated 1,051 lineal feet fence along the southern point of Cape Marco, Marco Island, I did not anticipate permitting, design, fabrication and installation process.
However, from commencement of the project, you worked closely with the Board of Directors ensuring their satisfaction to the project end. In addition the project was completed on the specified timeline with no change orders to mention.
I'd like to inform you that The Valentines has a permanent place on my bidder list for future projects. I would highly recommend The Valentines to anyone wishing to have metal work done from standards rails to custom fabrication.
